GORPS (not what you asked for but very good and healthy) In a bowl, measure 1 ½ c peanuts (roasted and coarsely chopped) (I use ½ cashews) 1 c sunflower seeds roasted 1 c chocolate or carob chips In another bowl, measure 1 ½ c dried apricots, cut up fairly small 1 generous cup of raisins In a 3rd cup measure 3 ½ c whole wheat flour ¼ c milk powder (1/ 3 c instant) 1 t baking powder In a large mixing bowl (I use a good mixer), mix 1 cup butter - creamed (I use smart balance) 1 ½ C honey - creamed together 1 ½ eggs (I use egg whites) 2 t vanilla ½ t salt (i mix the last 2 in a measuring cup, and add to bowl add flour - mixing add nuts - mixing add fruit - mixing drop spoonfulls on ungreased baking pan bake at 375 12-14 minutes I make small cookies, 1 bite per cookie to avoid crumbs.
